Once performed as entertainment for royalty and common people alike, ritual/tribal, dances of victory, joy or almost any reason to celebrate dance, there are many styles of Belly Dance, traditional and some modern versions yet quite popular, these beautiful movements are also one of the safest, simplest and most effective ways to achieve lasting fitness & weigh loss, the class includes a sophisticated yoga routine, percussive hip accents, fast vibrating shimmies, isolations, abs work & choreography is easy and fun, recommended for students 14 years an older.
